Credit Card eStatement Enrollment Guide
‘Go Green’ and get your Benchmark VISA Credit Card statements quicker each cycle by enrolling to receive eStatements. Below is the how-to guide and video to take you through the eStatement enrollment steps.
How do I set up eStatements for my Benchmark Credit Card?
- Go to BenchmarkFCU.org and click on the green button marked “Online Banking Login” in the upper right corner of the web page. You’ll be prompted for a username then a password to sign in. If you don’t already have one or cannot remember yours, please contact us at (610) 429-1600.
- Another option is to download Benchmark FCU’s FREE Mobile Banking App via your devices App Store and you’ll be prompted for a username then password to sign in.
- In the upper section of your dashboard, there are blue rectangles that represent each of your sub accounts.
- Once you see your credit card account, click on that blue rectangle.
- Click the blue icon button to the right of the screen that says Credit Card Details and it will bring you to your Credit Card dashboard.
- On the left hand of your dashboard there are a row of icons, click on the icon that says Statements.
- Click on the blue words that say eStatement Enrollment on the right side of the dashboard.
- Click on the blue words that say Download PDF, it will show you a confirmation code, enter the confirmation code on the line.
- Enter your email address.
- Read and Agree to the eStatement Terms and Conditions.
- A pop-up will appear saying that your request has been submitted.
