FAQs for Benchmark FCU’s Home Banking
(Also Known as Banno Online)
Benchmark FCU’s staff is always here to help, especially with your questions regarding our new Home Banking system; also known as Banno Online. Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions.
How do I access Benchmark FCU’s Home Banking?
- Go to BenchmarkFCU.org and click on the green button marked “Online Banking Login” in the upper right corner of the web page. You’ll be prompted for a username then a password to sign in. If you don’t already have one or cannot remember yours, please contact us at (610) 429-1600.
- Another option is to download Benchmark FCU’s FREE Mobile Banking App via your devices App Store and you’ll be prompted for a username then password to sign in. If you don’t already have one or cannot remember yours, please contact Benchmark FCU at (610) 429-1600.
Where can I see Certificate(s) maturity date?
- In the upper section of your dashboard, click the blue rectangle for your Certificate.
- On the right side of the page, there is a blue square marked Maturity Date. Click that blue square and a pop up with the maturity date appears.
