If you previously registered your Benchmark Credit and/or Debit Card in the BFCU Card App and you misplace/lose you card, you have the security of logging into the App and simply locking your misplaced card while you search. However, if you cannot locate your card, please call us at your convenience to cancel and receive a new card.
